How do I find the right therapist on emote Care?

Explore our therapist listings and filters based on what criteria matters most to you. Once you've found a therapist you like, simply create an account to start your therapy journey.

Is my information safe with emote Care?

Fully GDPR compliant, your information is 100% protected and secure. Our platform also utilises end-to-end encryption for online therapy sessions. For all aspects of the platform outside of the session itself, including messages and booking details, we employ AES-256 encryption. So you don’t need to worry, everything is safe and protected.

How does payment for sessions work?

Payments are made via Stripe, a trusted global provider. You can pay via credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank wire transfer.

Can I change therapists if needed?

Absolutely. If you feel it’s not the right fit, you can easily change therapists – no hard feelings. Simply browse through our listed therapists again to find a better match.

How does emote Care ensure the therapists are qualified?

We manually verify each therapist's qualifications and professional memberships. So you can have peace of mind that you're talking to a certified professional.
