Book your therapy sessions
Once you’ve found the right therapist, you can start your four weeks of free therapy and begin working towards your mental health goals.

Eligibility & how to enter
Want to be in with a chance to get free therapy?
Here’s what you
need to know:
You must sign up and opt into marketing emails
This ensures we can contact you if you win (we’re GDPR compliant, don’t worry!).
Your therapy code is valid for two months
This means if you prefer fortnight sessions, you can spread them out over a longer period.
If you don’t use your code within two weeks, we’ll pass it on
We want to make sure someone benefits from therapy, so if you can’t use your code, we’ll give it to someone else who needs support.
We cover therapy sessions up to £60 per session
The majority of therapists on our platform fall within this range, ensuring you have plenty of options to choose from.
